Ian’s primary responsibilities at Frontier include development / asset management, fundraising, capital relationships, corporate structure and functions, and business plan execution.
Ian was born and raised in Austin, TX and received his BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He began his career in strategy consulting at Accenture before returning to school to receive his MBA in Finance from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Ian’s work experience through and after grad school includes real estate investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York, acquisitions and development at Stonelake Capital Partners in Austin, TX and multifamily development at Wayfinder Real Estate. In Austin, TX.
Ian is married with three children and enjoys spending time outdoors and around Austin with his family.

John Detamore
John’s primary responsibilities at Frontier include land and existing building sourcing, real estate broker relationships, investment strategy, and development / asset management activities.
John was born and raised in Austin, TX and received his BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to Frontier, John worked for Stonelake Capital Partners where he led industrial acquisition, asset management, and development efforts in El Paso, Phoenix and Austin.
John is married and enjoys hunting and Texas football.
