Ian was born and raised in Austin, TX and received his BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He began his career in strategy consulting at Accenture before returning to school to receive his MBA inFinance from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Ian’s work experience through and after grad school includes Real Estate Investment Banking at Bank ofAmerica Merrill Lynch in New York, Acquisitions and Development at Stonelake Capital Partners in Austin, TX and Multifamily Development at Wayfinder RealEstate. In Austin, TX.
Ian is married with three children and enjoys spending time outdoors and around Austin with his family.

John’s primary responsibilities at Frontier include deal sourcing, broker relationships, lender relationships, investment strategy and development/asset management activities.
John was born and raised in Austin, TX and received his BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to Frontier, John spent his career to date working for Stonelake Capital Partners where he led industrial acquisition, asset management, and development efforts in El Paso, Phoenix and Austin.
John has coordinated multiple due diligence and closing processes, as well as countless capital improvement and tenant improvement projects and leasing efforts.
John is married and enjoys hunting and Texas football.
